Jennifer | SAFe® Fellow, SPCT

 

Jennifer is an empathetic lean and agile leader, practitioner, coach, speaker, and consultant. A SAFe Fellow, she contributed to and helped develop SAFe content and courseware. Her passion has been in delivering value in the workplace and by understanding the science of social communities, communication, and culture.

 

Other areas of focus included product management,product ownership, and compassionate leadership. She has provided dedicated service in these areas to enterprises for over 40 years. 

Marsha Xue | SPCT Candidate

 

Marsha currently is SAI Greater China Strategy Advisor. She was the General Manager of SAI China from 2018~2022, built the partner network in Greater China, created the largest SAFe practitioner community in China, and drove several large organizations to Lean-Agile & and digital transformation.

 

She has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including Motorola, IBM, Nokia, Philips,Symantec, Thoughtworks, and so on, and served as Director of Product Development Quality, Senior R&D General Manager, Senior Manager of Global Public Relations, Director of Product Development, and Director of Global Delivery Execution, etc. 

Course Description & Benefits 

 

During this four-day course, you will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and

principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You will also gain insights and practice how to coach programs,

launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and empower a Lean Portfolio.

The first two days of the course—Leading SAFe®— will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final

two days focus exclusively on what it takes to implement SAFe in the enterprise successfully.

After passing the corresponding certification exam, learners will obtain the SPC (SAFe® Practice Consultant) global authoritative certification, become a scale Agile implementation consultant with the ability to use the principles and practices of SAFe to promote the implementation of large-scale organizations to implement Lean-Agile transformation, as an organization- level digital transformation consultant, enterprise change leaders, Agile coaches, trainers and mentors, and so on, to lead all levels of the organization to implement Lean-Agile transformation. Led Lean-Agile, Digital Transformation, and Organizational Change at all levels of the organization.

  • Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum Education Units (SEUs) 
  • You may be eligible to apply for 30 PDUs toward your continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications 
  • You may be eligible to apply for SEUs under Category C, toward earning or renewing your CSP through Scrum Alliance

As a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), you can continue the learning journey by achieving validation to license and teach SAFe courses. Courses available for validation include Leading SAFe®, SAFe® for Teams, SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe® Scrum Master, and SAFe® Release Train Engineer (additional requirements apply) etc..
