In her last role she co-created and implemented a Data Mesh strategy that spanned over 21 business domains , consistently aiming for and achieving shorter lead times to business outcomes by 10-30%. She distinguishes herself by addressing the underlying 'why' of issues before shaping the 'how' of solutions.

Kiran Prakash

Kiran Prakash is Principal engineer at Thoughtworks with over 18 years of experience in leading engineering teams that deliver custom software for Thoughtworks' clients. Experienced in micro services, platform modernisation strategy, system architecture, devops, data engineering and data strategy. Avide exteme programming practitioner with expertise in TDD, refactoring, CI/CD, pair programming techniques. As a senior leader in Thoughtworks' Data & AI service line, Kiran helps large, strategic clients leverage data for their business.

Ra Kowalski is a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect in the AWS Industries Health Care and Life Sciences business unit. With a strong focus on modern data architectures, multi-modal data meshes, and AI/ML cloud solutions, Ra is dedicated to empowering AWS customers to unlock the full potential of their data while ensuring security and regulatory compliance. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Ra has been building distributed systems since the 1990s, persevering through the complexities of the era.
