Jackie Kinsey

From my first 'proper' job I have been committed to people development and started my career in Travel many years ago as a Technical Trainer.  After 9 years in Travel (which involved a lot of Travel and two different companies)  I worked for 7 years deepening my HR skills for a business selling a Retail Banking system.  After a brief and wonderful time as interim HR Director, I joined Thoughtworks.  During my time at Thoughtworks I worked as Head of HR for UK and then after my second baby - moved into Global Leadership Development.
