Simon Rowley

A project manager by trade I've played delivery/project leadership roles for over 15+ years with experience gained through working in the IT & Software industry in Spain, Australia and UK. I have enjoyed working in multicultural environments and positions that have allowed me to do what I love, which is challenge myself to grow and learn professionally and personally. Working in Project & Delivery management has exposed me to the majority of mainstream project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum (SAFe) etc. In past lives I've also worked as operations manager at a senior level where I have experience in international team management at a senior level and utilised Six Sigma improvement methodologies to help transform business processes.

I enjoy working with clients where processes or projects need innovative thinking and digital enablement for continuous improvement where necessary, and enjoy the challenge brought by creating an agile environment that's conducive to success in the digital environment of today.
