The Associate Field Marketer works closely with local vertical market sales teams to support the development, implementation and reporting of the field marketing strategies that align with local market goals. This will include supporting the execution of global campaigns by developing local plans to support middle and bottom of funnel pipeline progression.

Job responsibilities

  •  Together with the lead field marketer plan and execute creative marketing events such as client roundtables, Thoughtworks conferences, industry events, webinars, and client events.
  • Collaborate with your field marketing colleagues and the global campaign center team to localize and execute global marketing campaigns effectively within your region.
  • Tailor messaging and positioning of campaigns to fit the local market's nuances.
  • Combine your talents as a marketing professional and project manager, keeping a close eye on KPIs while bringing creativity and new ideas to the table.
  • Demonstrate comfort and/or a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign strategy and execution.
  • Assist the sales team by providing them with up-to-date marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis reports.
  • Participate in sales team training to ensure they fully understand and can articulate campaign value propositions and key messaging.
  • Support the implementation of campaigns to activate and engage new and existing clients. This includes creating campaign web pages (AEM), managing lists (CRM), writing social media copy, briefing designers, etc.
  • Support the measuring and reporting on the success of field marketing activities, ensuring all activities are tracked in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the Partnership marketer to co-develop and execute joint marketing activities for our strategic partners in line with field marketing plans.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and being responsive to change.
  • Share valuable insights and suggestions to help improve marketing campaigns.
  • Experience running in-person and online events.

Professional Skills

  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
