Liz Engel

I am driven by the desire to build resilience in dealing with modern-age change on an organizational, team and individual level. Building on my previous experience as Projectmanager, Product Owner and Agile Coach in the IIOT software development sphere, in my current role as Thoughtworks Consultant I am enabling clients to continuously transform and build strategic competencies in the face of disruption.

In 2022, I joined the Digital Transformation and Operations service line in Berlin. I heard about Thoughtworks first while working with mTomady at the Digital Health Accelerator program of the Berlin Institute of Health and the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and got deeply inspired by its commitment to positive social change for all of society striving towards a more equitable tech future.
