I have been advising, strategizing and collaborating with the product community for a global clientele for over 15 years. I am passionate about human psychology and understanding customer behavior, desires and needs. 

I joined the Thoughtworks Customer Experience, Product and Design group in 2021 and am evangelizing product and design philosophy at the company and with clients. I have extensively worked in the financial services sector and published a few whitepapers on retail banking.

I live in Bengaluru, India with my wife and daughter.
