Thoughtworks’ recent project spanning several large data centers in India shows how enterprises can use virtualization and automation to gain strategic business advantages. The capabilities that can be achieved could help those enterprises that for competitive reasons must automate and speed up software deployment processes, or even move to a Continuous Delivery model.

Ajey Gore, Head of Technology for India. Ajey serves Thoughtworks as the Head of Technology for India, providing technical vision and guidance for our largest region and with a focus on technology strategy and delivery for India operations. He also works as a Principal Consultant in Thoughtworks Professional Services, advising clients on configuration management, systems administration, cloud and virtualization, networking, business continuity planning, application performance, scaling & stability. Ajey is member of Technology Advisory Board of Thoughtworks and part of the office of the CTO. He is passionate about Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Visualization, Cloud, Virtualization strategies, Networks and Security. Prior to moving to Head of Technology Role, Ajey headed Global IT operations for Thoughtworks.
Ranjib Dey is a senior consultant in Thoughtworks for DevOps with experience in both application development and systems administration. Ranjib was a core member of the team that created Thoughtworks' private cloud. Additionally he worked with various client projects supporting cloud adoption for their legacy systems.
