Matthew is an effective senior executive with a proven leadership track record of 25 years in generating turnarounds, growing revenue streams with healthy margin and creating sustainable high-growth environments. An industry veteran with strong P&L management and operational expertise, Matthew has led high caliber global consulting, delivery and business development teams and has served in executive leadership roles with several companies ranging from venture-backed startups to global software and consulting firms, including Cognizant, Softvision (acquired by Cognizant), Ness Engineering, Sapient, Sybase and HP. 

Matthew also serves on the board of the Coalition for Asian American Children & Families (CACF), the nation's only advocacy organization for Asian American children and families
