To work in tech means to have privileges. It means that we make decisions for people who use our products — for people whose realities we barely grasp.

Working as an experience designer, I strive to extend the power I have to the people using and affected by our products and empower them to create products they truly need. Products need to be equitable and for this an intersectional lense is essential. That’s why before I am an experience designer, I strive to be an active listener, a humble inquirer, a user ally.
