Oscar Torres Fernandez

I joined Thoughtworks in 2019 and since then I’ve worked with multiple clients helping them to scale up their teams, improve their engineering practices and creating modern technological strategies. Currently I lead our Data & AI service line in Spain, where we collaborate with our clients to enable their employees to find and consume the data they need to make better decisions and successfully deliver value.

Prior to Thoughtworks, I have a diverse background in IT leading teams in software engineering, systems and networking, security and even 6 years as helicopter mechanic in the Army.
