Siobhan Dolan

Siobhan joined Thoughtworks as a short-term contractor in October 2018, with her contract then extended throughout 2019 until she joined the company as a full-time Thoughtworker in January 2020. Her experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding goes back to 2011 when she first started working in this marketing discipline at another global consulting firm. Prior to this she had various marketing and communications roles, first in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada and then later in Chicago, Illinois, in the forest products, telecommunications and consulting industries.
Her favorite part about being a Thoughtworker is the dynamic community of people who connect across teams, time zones and backgrounds to bring the best out in each other, ensuring an extraordinary impact for the company, clients and society.
