Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and engaging with Thoughtworkers to respond to customers’ requirements.
What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?
Great experience working with C-Level and the talented Thoughtworkers and gaining more knowledge on Agile and new technologies.
We’d love to hear about your career journey. Can you talk about what led you to Thoughtworks and your decision to join Thoughtworks?
A recruiter reached out to me and told me about Thoughtworks so I decided to research the company. The more I researched about it, the more fascinated I got. I know I can make a great contribution to the team. As such, I decided to bring 30 years of experience in the industry here to create a positive impact. So far, my experience has been great.
What has been your favorite part of your Thoughtworks career to date?
I loved the office environment and culture, especially the teamwork. Systems that we are using everyday are well designed.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of joining Thoughtworks?
This is the ideal solution development company that I was looking for and almost stopped looking as I thought it does not exist. Luckily I found it at last and here I am.
Anything else that you wanted to add about your Thoughtworks journey?
For old people like me, I feel like I jumped into the pool of young people with passion, energy and enthusiasm. It makes me feel young again
