Jade Daubney

I joined Thoughtworks in 2014 as a Grad recruiter, and have loved every minute of working here. I met hundreds of incredible and inspirational students, and have had the pleasure of watching many of them join us and do amazing things. One of the highlights of my time with the UK team was setting up a Makers academy internship, and seeing the women we supported all go on to great roles.

Since joining the global team I've been responsible for a global change program, reimagining our hiring process. A program we call JoI, because it's all about putting Joy into Interviewing. I have spent time with project teams and recruitment teams all over the world, and it's been such a privilege to see everyone come together to design the change.
