Yanqing Ma

Yanqing serves Thoughtworks, Inc. as a user experience designer with more than 5 years of experience in design. As the owner of the omni-channel experience strategy offering of the UX team, Yanqing focuses on user research, service strategy, and service experience design in both digital and physical channels.  

Graduated from Lancaster university, majoring in Design management, Yanqing has a deep understanding and rich practices of service design, and has solid design research, strategic thinking, and experience design capabilities. Based on the rich practical experience of projects, Yanqing has in-depth experience accumulation in different industries such as retail and financial services.
