Georgina Giannoukou

I am a Lead Developer at Thoughtworks who has been working in various domains and technologies. Recently, I've been focusing on building platform products, advocating for Extreme Programming (XP) practices and arguing for the importance of developer experience. I strongly believe that improving developer teams' day-to-day leads to a more inclusive workplace; I hope to use my career to help the industry adopt a similar mindset.
