I have worked with technology and technologists in a variety of different roles for more than 20 years, these roles have included; software developer, tester, business analyst, project manager and Agile coach amongst others.  

I believe that the statement of values and principles which we know as the Manifesto for Agile Software Development, describes a path towards better outcomes and better ways of working, for everyone, both within and beyond Information technology.
