Lenara spent most of her career driving strategy execution and complex transformation at blue chip financial services firms (BlackRock, Credit Suisse, Zurich Insurance, and others). Her domain expertise spans Corporate and Private Banking, Insurance, Asset Servicing, and Asset Management.
At Thoughtworks Lenara advises a wide range of firms on adapting and thriving in the digital disruption age. Her focus areas are operating model transformation, turnarounds of underperforming operations, and data & AI-driven strategies.
Lenara holds an MBA from the Wharton School, she is currently reading for Postgraduate Diploma in AI for Business at Oxford Said Business School.
