I am Managing Director for Thoughtworks Chile, where a diverse community of software development consultants support our local clients´ boldest missions. Untapping people's potential is what drives me.

My previous experience is in the startup world. I helped over 2000 entrepreneurs launch their businesses through a government- funded program and later on motivated female vocations in the STEM fields through NGOs where I still serve as a board member. I've received national awards for my work supporting women in tech, and speak regularly on the subject.
