I started in the technology space over four decades ago. Over three decades ago I found open source and that changed how I lived my life. Open source gave me the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds and see the world from a different perspective. At Thoughtworks, we are a diverse group who are open and passionate. As a group, sharing our experiences, from our personal experiences, led to this blog.
