Promoting well-being and growth

Upon reaching ten years at Thoughtworks, you are entitled to 12 weeks of paid leave. For every additional five years at the company, you are entitled to six weeks of paid leave.
We provide travel insurance every time you travel abroad for work purposes.
We offer a language learning program at various levels and in different languages. The classes include lessons and live sessions, focusing on areas relevant to professional development and business needs.
At Thoughtworks, after the "end of life" period of the assigned equipment, individuals can choose to purchase a computer at a discount.
At Thoughtworks, we value our team's recommendations and offer bonuses for each referral that gets hired. (Exception: Rehires).
Fixed monthly bonuses
We provide a monthly allowance to help cover internet, transportation, and food expenses so you can work effectively from home.

Remote work bonus

- Thank You Time: We offer 24 hours a year to take time off for personal, recreational, rest, or leisure activities. We care about the mental and physical well-being of individuals.
- Birthday day off: 1 day off to celebrate your birthday. You can take any working day of the week within your birthday month.
- Progressive vacation: As an additional benefit, we can convert the Progressive vacation days you have into money, provided that the legal requirements are met.
- Graduation day: 1 day off to attend a University/Master's Graduation Ceremony or certificate presentation.
- Moving day: 1 day off to organize any necessary arrangements for moving house.
- Thoughtworker support program: We offer 5 psychological counseling sessions a year with specialized psychotherapists, managed under strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Medical insurance: Medical, dental, and life coverage at no cost for the Thoughtworker.
- Legal dependents: Addition of legal dependents to the insurance.
- Medical leaves: At Thoughtworks Chile, we offer the benefit of covering the difference in the labor disability subsidy for up to 30 days a year. Additionally, we provide the benefit of leaves of up to 3 days once a month and 3 leaves of up to 3 days per year.
- Nursery room and associated bonus: We offer a nursery agreement for mothers, allowing their children to attend up to 2 years old. From 2 years and 1 month to 3 years and 11 months, we offer a nursery bonus for both mothers and fathers.
- Paternity leave: Thoughtworks provides 20 additional paid working days beyond the 5 days mandated by law for fathers.
- Benefit for mothers: For mothers, Thoughtworks tops up any amount not covered by the maternity subsidy from the health institution during the pre and postnatal parental period.
