Mangalam Nandakumar is a lead consultant. She is able to get people to see things differently and to solve problems by facilitating discussions that result in clear actionable outcomes, promoting creative thinking in teams and in mobilizing people to work towards a common goal. 

Pallav Barah is currently working with Thoughtworks with over 10 years of past work experience in business and technology engagements. He partners with both global and Indian businesses in launching customer-centric products using emerging techniques like lean startup methodology, service design, customer development, jobs-to-done etc... In the past he has been a mentor/coach in TIE, Target accelerator program, Lean Startup Circle, Startup Weekend (Bangalore), amongst others.
