Max is a technology advisor, entrepreneurial spirit and occasional speaker with a results-driven attitude and a keen eye for business. He currently works as Head of Technology for Thoughtworks Finland. Areas of special interest include reinforcement, incremental, and representation learning as well as development processes, continuous improvement, and technology business strategy.
