Ruth Gorman

Ruth has been working with professional service organisations for over a decade. She completed a masters in Human Resource Management in 2005 and has experience leading HR teams within engineering, recruitment and technology organisations. 

She currently heads up the People Team for Thoughtworks in the UK, driving strategic and operational thinking, with a key focus on employer brand, engagement and retention. She is passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion at Thoughtworks and supporting broader change within the technology industry.
