Sonali Chatterji leads Thoughtworks' Financial Services business in North America. She has vast experience in the Financial Services industry, partnering with various firms spanning enterprise and fintech, such as retail, commercial, investment banks, payment organizations, credit card issuers and insurance companies. She's focused on driving digital transformation agendas on execution, delivering value for clients and making them truly modern digital businesses.
She believes the Financial Services industry is at an inflection point. Organizations that put their customers at the center can adopt a platform-based ecosystem and a product-focused approach to stay relevant and ahead in the race.
Sonali is a world citizen, having lived and worked in APAC, Middle East, Europe and the United States. She's grown to appreciate world cultures and the strength in diverse voices and thought processes. She has a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from Mumbai University.
