I joined Thoughtworks in Xi'an China in 2011 as a developer and have taken on multiple roles including client-facing and internal operations. While I started as a developer in the delivery team I transitioned to the role of Delivery Lead. I’ve also traveled to Ecuador to head operations and support the operation work in the region. After that, I became the program manager to drive the talent development program within Thoughtworks. During this period, I have also led two product development projects as product owner.

In 2022, I was appointed to lead sustainability-related work in China. I now lead a team that supports sustainability work in Thoughtworks while helping clients on their sustainability journey.
