I currently leads the Knowledge Management Services and Delivery at Thoughtworks, working with a distributed global team. I have been with Thoughtworks for close to a decade now, having played multiple roles like Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Internal Community Manager and Domain specialist/SME. I have domain experience in IAM(Identity and Access Management), AuthZ and Knowledge Management. I also have a good understanding and experience in vendor management for the products that I handle at Thoughtworks.
