Samantha Rosa

Samantha Rosa has worked in technology for over 10 years. She graduated in Graphic Design in 2009 and has a specialization in Digital Design (2014) and is finishing her second specialization in Education in 2020. She started working as an Experience Designer and has directed her efforts towards organizational design for the last 4 years, focused on using methodologies and best practices from Human-Centered Design. She is an advocate for diversity and social justice. Currently she is part of the Learning & Development Center of Excellence, a group that has a mission to drive the holistic learning experience at Thoughtworks.
