Valerie Roske

I’m a software generalist passionate about building people-first products and teams. That means I advocate for accessibility and inclusive design as critical to software delivery; I’m also constantly looking for ways to facilitate team cohesion and cross-disciplinary collaboration in service of that goal. I enjoy discovering and maximizing the strengths of both individuals and collectives.

While my motivations lead me to spend a majority of my time working with front-end technologies and user experiences, they also drive my enthusiasm for improving engineering effectiveness, particularly continuous delivery pipelines and test automation strategies.
