Akshay Dhavle

I am a principal consultant for Digital Organization Enablement and am especially passionate about talent strategy and organisational culture that helps build strong digital businesses. 

I joined Thoughtworks in 2005 and built a strong background in custom software delivery using various agile methodologies for clients across the globe. I then headed up the talent development space for Thoughtworks India for 3+ years and led several initiatives to strengthen the learning culture and employee growth in Thoughtworks. In 2020 I joined the Digital Transformation and Operations team with the objective of distilling this experience and bringing it to clients who are setting up or expanding their digital businesses.
